This is a partial list -- I arrived about 7 minutes late to this meeting,
and furthermore since I didn't decide to do a website until AFTER the meeting,
I wasn't taking minutes-quality notes.
- Dr. Jan Vandersloot and Flossie Horgan presented strategies for
obtaining funding to acquire the property
- Jan V. explained the definition of a wetlands and the need
to photographically document any sustained ponding (14 consecutive days or
more) of the property
- Flossie solicited volunteers to assist in writing a grant request
to obtain acquisition funds
- It was emphasized by all that facts will be better than emotions
at advancing our cause
