Standing Water on the Property

This footage dates from December 1997 and shows the large areas of standing rainstorm water that collected on this property prior to the land being recontoured by a bulldozer in the absence of grading permits.

Erosion of the Wintersburg Channel Walls

This footage dates from April 24, 1998 and shows how the Wintersburg Channel wall adjoining the property suffers from erosion.  Shea is planning to improve their side of the Wintersburg Channel by installing a massively tall concrete & steel wall similar to that used for the Talbert Channel.

Slater Channel Pump Station

This footage dates from 1998 and shows the inflow and outflow of the Slater Channel Pump Station.  Parkside runoff will be diverted to the Slater Channel Pump Station which will have one additional pump added.  Note how the Wintersburg Channel wall adjoining the Parkside property opposite the Slater outflow is reinforced with concrete to be able to withstand the Slater pump outflow.
